Quebec-based cable carrier, Videotron, offers a number of cable-based broadband solutions in the eastern Canadian province.

Basic high-speed internet access, which features download speeds of 600 kbps (10x faster than dialup), currently costs as little as $26.95/month. There is also a true high-speed broadband option (5.1 Mbps) for $38.95/month, as well as a 10 Mbps "Extreme" internet service for $64.90/month.

These discounted rates require an existing cable TV subscription, as well as a 12 month contract.
