Manitoba Telecom Services (MTS) is the incumbent telephone and internet provider, serving the Canadian province of Manitoba.

The most popular MTS internet service is its "Lighting" DSL option, which normally costs $40.95, but can cost as little as $29.95/month for the first 12 months of service. The Lightning service offers download speeds of 1.5 Mbps, which can be upgraded to 5 Mbps for Lightning MAX subscribers who don't mind paying $54.95 monthly.

There is also a high-speed Lite option, which is about five times faster than dialup, and costs $26.95 per month.

MTS dialup offerings include a $15.95, 30 hour/month service, as well as a $24.95 unlimited option for heavier users.
