Primus Canada is a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier offering telephone and internet services in a number of Canadian Provinces.

New Primus customers in Alberta and BC can get DSL internet access for just $24.95/month for the first 12 months, and $37.95/month thereafter. In Ontario and Quebec, meanwhile, new customers pay $19.95/month for the first five months, which later rises to $42.95/month. These steeply discounted introductory offers have allowed Primus to get a good foothold in all four of the provinces.

Dialup internet access, meanwhile, is also offered at very competitive rates. Existing users of Primus telecom services get unlimited dialup from just $11.95/month, while other users pay $16.95. This is significantly cheaper than the dialup services offered by Canada's Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers.
